The Gatlinburg Space Needle

The Space Needle is the tallest observation tower in the world, with a height of 407 feet. A glass elevator takes you to the top, where you get miles of magnificent views of Gatlinburg. It is also a beautiful place for weddings or other events because it has a restaurant on the second floor, giving you tons of room to dance and eat!

Then there’s also The Gatlinburg Sky Deck, located at the top of the Gatlinburg Space Needle. It is open year-round and free to visit, with no tickets or reservations required.

The Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway is a fun way to climb the mountain. It is open from 10 am to 6 pm and costs $22 for adults and $20 for children ages 3-12. The ride lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes and takes you through the forest canopy with amazing views of downtown Gatlinburg & Smoky Mountains National Park.

Once you’re at the top, have a meal at the Carriage House 5, which serves food & drinks, including burgers or pizza.

The Clingman’s Dome

Clingman’s dome is the highest point in the Smoky Mountains, with over 6,000 feet. The view from atop this iconic peak is awe-inspiring! The bald eagle nest on top of The Clingman’s Dome makes it an ideal destination for bird-watching enthusiasts and photographers.

Once you’ve arrived here, take some time to enjoy what nature has provided for you by exploring distinct parts of its vast wilderness area—there are plenty more sights worth seeing nearby!

The observation tower at this peak gives you an amazing 360-degree view of the surrounding area. You can see as far as Tennessee and North Carolina to your west (or south), while mountains like Black Balsam Knob and Oconaluftee are visible to your east (or north).

Cade’s Cove is a valley named after Chief Kade, a pioneer who settled there in 1818. It is a natural wonder of the world and is a beautiful place to spend time with family, friends, or even alone. It is also excellent for solo travelers who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

There are so many activities here that will help you forget your worries for a while!
